So there's this man on Instagram called Okuntakinte who basically publicly announced his intention to off himself to the entire world and created a project called the last supper where he goes into people's houses, get them to cook him his favourite traditional meal (or theirs not sure) to share a dinner with him before he can.
Personally I think it's utter bs and performative because all of this feels like a big art performance or some ego trip from an attention craving individual. This man also owes money to a lot of people and has a reputation of being a con artist and a liar, like when he pretended to be homeless (he comes from one of the 10th most wealthy family in Africa) because his family rejected him for being gay (which is fake because there's a now deleted video of him talking with his father and his father was very accepting of his sexuality. This type of individual makes me wonder how many people actually perform despair in order to just gain attention and people worrying over them. And let's say all of this is real, would you ever do something like that? Trying to get people's attention on your final days ? Lemme know what you guys think
