I never did. There are not many public Information about me on the Internet. And I am probably damned to never be a mass poster on a different forum. With my post count on SaSu and what I have already spilled this would be way too dangerous. Let's hope this forum never dies. The only issue with SaSu is I cannot find a significant other on here. This is way too dangerous. I don't exchange many private messages.
My biggest privacy issue could emerge from using dating apps. Theoretically, someone could screenshot my profile and put it on the internet to make fun of me. By the way again, I stumbled again on a Profile of woman who took a picture sitting on the toilet. Some women even jokingly admit working time fraud in these apps. How stupid are these people?
On the surface web there is not much Information on me except my SaSu account. I wonder whether there are Information on the darknet and which information intelligence services have on me. I think After mentioning "I had psychosis" thousands of times they might consider me delusional anyway.
Google blocks backwards (for many average people) face searches to prevent revenge porn from spreading. It would be way too easy to search for. I am comfortable with this solution. But there are apps out there (which cost like 30 dollars per month) and I think they are also used by intelligence services that allow backwards face searches. Some are advertized to fight against revenge porn. People who are victims of revenge porn can search for their face there and contact Google to take down the Photos. This is at least possible in the EU as far as I know. But it is easy to see that the specialized search engines can easily be abused.
Honestly, I would be really curious which results they would show for me. If there were privacy breaches. But I would also be scared as fuck. I think it would be better not to know it. Moreover, I would be curious whether I would find dirt on others. I also don't trust These Apps how they would handle my data. A company that makes so much money with it.
In general I think it is quite good that Google Tries to prevent something like that. But I am not sure about the apps which enable this.
Have you ever tried it? Would you be curious about the results?
Update: I looked up Pimeyes 30 bucks per month. One can do a test search for free as far as I can see but I am not sure. I wanted to test it on someone. But I waited and something came to my mind, This might be illegal. And yes in Germany and the EU it is illegal to use face search engines on others. And there are monetary fines against that. And well I am comfortable with that. In this instance the EU regulation has something good. Almost committed a crime. Lol. I wonder whether that's more theoretically but I won't try out.
