I have read about it in the German news magazine that I subscribed to.

Here a short abstract.

764 (or "the com") is a decentralized transnational sextortion network with alleged ideological ties to the Order of Nine Angles.[1] It is classified as a terror network by the U.S. Department of Justice, and is considered by the FBI as a "tier one" terrorist threat.[2] The Canadian RCMP also classifies 764 as an "ideological violent extremist network", and it has been characterized as a "satanic neo-nazi cult" by multiple sources.[3][4][5][6] The network is most present on Discord and Telegram and usually targets children ages 8 to 17, particularly marginalized children or those suffering from mental health challenges.[7][8][9] Perpetrators are usually young men and men in their fourties.[8] 764 was founded in 2021 by Bradley Cadenhead, a teenager from Stephenville, Texas, the group derives its name from the town's ZIP code.[10][11][12]

Victims are forced to commit recorded acts of self-harm to disseminate internally or shared on social media platforms.[13][1] They are often asked to carve names on their skin as "cutsigns", a form of branding to showing their subjugation to the group.[6][14][8] They are given the end goal of committing suicide on livestream for the network's entertainment or for the perpetrator's own sense of fame within the network.

I've heard of sick individuals that preyed on youngsters like this but, not groups. It just makes me more certain of two things. That this world has some very nasty people in it and, that I'm so glad I didn't bring children into it. I have no idea how parents keep their children safe on the internet. Especially when they reach their teens and want more freedom.

it is NOT disbanded. They're just going by many other names now. Everytime the FBI gets word of one, they change. They have many offshoots

it's an archive to a wall street journal article about the self-immolation of a mentally struggling man who was contacted by 764 after posting about how he was suicidal. he met a 15 year old eastern european girl who direct messaged him and voice chatted with him, egging him to go through it even when he tried to back out until his eventual live stream, which you can find clips of, where people are laughing at him burning alive. there is an audio clip of his live streamed suicide at the end of this video;

there is also now a documentary thingy in canada because we had a very case of a minor being blackmailed to cut satanic symbols literally all over her body and send CP.

also a case in texas of a 28 year old man kidnapping and raping a 12 year old, another person actually hiring a hit man to kill a minor's grandparents who were her guardians after having blackmailed her to send cp and harm herself, and etc. many cases in germany I hear but i haven't looked those up. and the guy who created this group was able to get cp from children by blackmail and also force children to 'eat' or 'murder' their pets.

There is a lot of coverage in Germany about it currently They report about a German who was involved in it. (The person was called White Tiger from 764)

The thing is many media articles write they searched for victims in suicid forums. I wonder which suicide forums they refer to. I know one or two suicide forums in German but they are extremely restrictive. I hope they don't refer to SaSu but I rather doubt that. But there aren't very many suicide forums out there? In other articles they write they searched for new victims on Telegram. So maybe a telegram channel about suicide. Idk. If anyone knows more about it let me know. Or maybe discord.

I am reading a lot of details from this story. Seemingly, authorities hold back information in order not to hinder investigations. They don't specify in which places exactly they searched for victims. I feared they might have searched for victims on here. But it seems unlikely. The victims were mostly very young minors (10-15). I don't think there are many SaSu members in that age range. Roblox and Minecraft seem to be more likely. They used instagram, discord and telegram. There might be group chats with suicidal individuals there.

The whole thing reads like a nightmare story.

that's not specific to 764 tho, especially in cybercrime communites this is something that happens like every day

Whenever i see a new article about harming someone majority of the time its men. Why cant they stop hurting people? Why can't they just leave people alone, like most people can? I dont get it. Is there some innate biology that makes them more likely to be perpetrators? A gene? And it's crazy because you don't see other males screaming from the rooftops that there is an issue and it needs to stop.

ohhhh i see. in the video linked above. I didn't realize there was another video made. I had a feeling this would go mainstream after the first videos made in Canada despite the FBI concluding these cases were now years ago. it's absolutely horrific.
