I've been put on seroquel xr, I love how emotionally numb it makes me but I hate how vivid my dreams and nightmares are now
I frequently dream of people who have hurt me and dragged my name in the mud, I wish I'd dream of nicer things like liminal environments or of the people who I love and respect.
I don't think there's any other medication that numbs emotions this well, I just wish it didn't improve dream recall
Those dreams make me even more suicidal, I got a lot of sedative medication ATM I could OD on but I'd rather trip first, wait for my friend to pass from their own terminal illness first, for my cat to pass of old age. Those are the only things holding me back from swallowing all the benzos and sedatives I got
