Hate that I'm forced to stay alive so it doesn't ruin others' happy lives

I've already been suffering for decade while my family has been enjoying life while watching me struggle
Mistakenly admitted to my suicide plans to a friend and was sent to the psych ward after he contacted my family. I'm out, more isolated than ever,more shamed than ever and life goes on. They continue to live their life while I need to endure struggling by myself
cause otherwise it'd affect their picture perfect life

The worst is the fact that their extreme toxicity when I was in a vulnerable position is what broke me in the first place and turned me in what I am today.

Think I'll let them enjoy their holidays and die after

They shouldn't have contributed in breaking me when I was doing great for myself then acted like their extreme toxicity had no part in it. I'll let them reap what they sowed
