Hanging when everybody is asleep

I heard that the body moves during hanging aft like 10 mins or something. Just a little bit or enough to wake the household?

There are spasms. Frankly it depends on if you can knock something over while doing so, the insulation in your house and whether your family are light sleepers.

You'll make noise it just depends on if they're light sleepers

Seems like a pretty risky choice. Personally I'd make sure to have at the very least an hour of free time. Ideally more to get everything ready and mentally prepare myself.
