I hate my birth family

So the other day I tried to hang myself using my leggings (didn't have a scarf or rope but am going to buy both) and the leggings were really stretchy so my feet just ended up reaching the floor. And with the windowsill being so wide I was able to hold my hands on it (seems to be an obstacle in the way) what would you all recommend? The rope or scarf would go around the window part with the two windows open to allow that to happen. Screenshotted the socks and rope around another SS users kneck on their post. I'd like to go within the next couple of weeks.
