To the people who've attempted hanging and failed: have you noticed any lasting effects to your brain/mind? Which effects? How did you notice?

A few years ago, I tried partial and failed (also did the same recently lol). So in total I've blacked out twice, no idea for how long. But after the first time, I noticed my memory got a little worse. It could be just aging, but I doubt it because one week I had very good memory, the next week it was slightly worse. Key word "slightly" - it doesn't really affect my day to day life. I just started going to a room and forgetting why I was there, started having to ask people to repeat themselves because I forgot what they just said. This had never happened to me before, that's why I think it might have been caused by the hanging. Only the short-term memory was affected, I still remember things that happened a long time ago.
