Hanging + alcohol / meds?

Hi, very new to this community, hope this is the right place to ask this.

I wonder if certain substances (that are accessible) can increase the efficiency and quality of my suicide. I plan to hang myself w/ a belt, door, and stool- I think the proper term is total suspension. I know the strangle will be violent and painful, so I wonder if I should drink something sleepy to go w/ it? I don't wanna mess up. Thanks
