When I close my eyes, the pictures come. Often geometric shapes or tunnels of light. A light blue or pink that wanders before my eyes. Sometimes images of people. Finally I saw a scene very similar to this one:https://i.pinimg.com/564x/15/18/f5/1518f5fab4075d1e18dbbf8a8a050d77.jpg
I once had a paranoid psychosis, I never really got better. But I wonder what I actually perceive there. When I read reports about DMT trips it all seems so familiar to me. I have been dealing with it, does anyone else have such symptoms?

And I must say it has changed my view on existence

Yes, but in my case it seems to be about narcolepsy and the fact of skipping sleep phases and going directly to REM without falling asleep completely. It happens every day when I lie down and close my eyes, I suddenly dream without falling asleep.
* I don't know if I have narcolepsy, the neurologist told me it could be.

Living the dream! I think many of us here would love to have that skill
