not sure if it was due to staying up all night last night (as I heard it can help reset depression) or that I am starting to take Lithium Orotate again (which was amazing for me last time then conked out after two weeks). But wow. A whole day feeling like a normal human being. I was so low the day before, I was walking round the streets crying. all day and into the night. I didn't even have any weed today.

I'm not sure it will last, but it was so nice to have one good day.

That's great. I imagine it's the lithium. You probably know this but it's the most effective mood stabiliser we have according to the literature. I take it you have bipolar?

I've seen two psychiatrists, but no diagnosis. If it is Bipolar, it's Bipolar depression.

Today - the depression is still better, but agitated. Am going to keep taking the Lithium Orotate this time ( it's not the prescription one)....will keep you posted

If you're bored and interested I'd like to discuss your symptoms. I am studying the psychiatry component of the USMLE. Can't give you a meaningful diagnosis but I can give you advice on what you can take to a psychiatrist next time so maybe they can.
