Method Gun to my face?

If I have a gun to my face right between my eyes, maybe, and I press the trigger, will I die? I have to, right? It's so close, and the bullet has to go in because of how the gun is pressed to my face. It must work, shouldn't it?

Depends on the caliber and type of gun. With a standard Glock or revolver, if you press the barrel against your forehead, survival odds are practically zero. First, the bullet will balloon in shape as it travels through your skull, erasing a large cylinder of brain matter, which itself is incredibly hard to survive. More importantly, with the barrel against your skull, the gas that usually exits the barrel into the air will instead flood your cranium through the entrance wound and turn your brain into a pulp.
