It even said that women are 5%~10% more likely to pee than men,and happened sooner
I feel very embarrassed, I worry about peeing myself during hanging

In the hanging act itself, if done correctly, you'll only suffer for a very short period of time before you go unconscious. If you are worried about your last conscious moments, you can always go beforehand. If it makes you feel better, I failed hanging before (over a minute in the wrong position) and nothing happened.

Regardless, your bowels will be released after you pass away, suicide or not. There is virtually no way to prevent it.

You can go to the bathroom first (and empty your bowels and bladder), and use a pad if you want your corpse to be as clean as possible.

When you die you lose control of your entire body, everything will relax, including your sphincters.

Nothing to be surprised about, it will happen to everyone when they die.

You can use an adult diaper, and most importantly, go to the bathroom first. You can wear a skirt or dress to make it less visible. You can still urinate in small amounts, but your body will be cleaner.

like people above said going to the toilet just before CTB is going to massivly reduce the chance/amount of pee u would release doing hanging. I understand embarrassment about it but suicide unfortunetly is not pretty and it can happend when u lose control of your whole body. Its going to be your last moments and no one is going to remember u for peeing during suicide most likely someone who finds your body would be too shocked to even notice it.
