I've booked a hotel. My parents will contact me at 7 PM. I only have 6-7 hours after taking the SN medication, and I'm not sure if that's enough time. I'm also worried someone might hear me and call the police. My hotel room is 105 square meters, so it should be okay.Paracetamol, antiemetic, lorazepam, SN

I took 1000 mg of paracetamol five minutes ago.

That is so horrible No one deserves to live a life of pain. I, too, live with chronic illnesses and chronic pain, and also don't have alot of money. So I understand how you feel in different ways.
Whatever you decide, I hope you have found peace and no longer suffering
