getting sent to the ward in less than an hour

im honestly kinda scared i cant lie. any tips on how to reduce anxiety?

My advice is to get out asap unless it genuinely helps you. For me it made me feel worse as you dont have access to outside, music, or nicotine (only the gum.) There is some good people in there though, I hope it helps. If they have smart tvs try seeing if you can get a streaming service to binge lol.
It's really not too bad though, 3 meals a day, free bed to sleep on, you'll get through it and you'll be okay.
