I thinking about buying a smart watch so I can track my steps. I currently have just a crappy pedometer but I really want a Garmin. My dream would be to achieve 10K steps a day. Not only would it help with my depression but I might actually get into better shape. The biggest issue is just that I get bored. I tried listening to music or podcasts but it made no difference. I guess I just have to push through it.
