I have been trying to get off these damn meds. Every time I try to quit risperdone the withdrawals kick my ass and I have to take it again. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to kick this problem?

I had trouble coming off of clonazepam. What I had to do was take a small amount it was in tablet form, but only when the withdrawal became intolerable. I would keep stretching how long I could go between doses until withdrawal was no longer noticeable. I would also reduce the amount little by little only as fast as it feels comfortable. Clonazepam is a long acting benzodiazepine. U might have to take some once a week for a while before u finally get to the point u can finally deal with being off.
You might even have to use a different drug for a little while to reduce the discomfort of withdrawal. Like with adderall I use weed when I don't take it to get past the initial days that are uncomfortable. It's not like u have to trade one dependency for a new one, just for short term to get through the initial discomfort. Expect that this may take a couple months or more, it varies from person to person how long it takes to wean off. I've heard doctors sometimes will try to take u off too abruptly and that's messed up because it can take awhile for some people. I used my last fill of the meds to very gradually wean myself off with that final bottle.

Is an atypical antipsychotic famous because you may grow tits being a male.
CBD may work for risperidone withdrawal.
