Garbage bag + sleeping pills enough to CTB?

Would a usual garbage bag + painter´s mask + elastical band + 5x7.5mg Zopiclone enough?

I thought about taking Zopiclone first, put the bag on the head and fixate it with the elastical band around the neck. I would put my thumbs between the elastical band and my neck to be able to breath until the Zopiclone works. If it works, my arms would just drop down, I would pass out and that´s it. Would that work 100%?
