is there such a risk as shut down due to various reasons? should i archive the info i will need in near future?

I feel you. When the site was down for a few days, I took that as either a sign that I was not supposed to ctb, or that I was a dumbass for not taking more screenshots related to my method. But yeah, like the link @15dec posted shows, their servers are off shore and we're all good. :)
There is no reason to believe that the site will shut down at any point in the foreseeable future, but I would like to point out that we never know for sure and anything could happen. I'd say that it's probably a good idea to archive any information you think you might need anyway.
should we save it on the wayback machine?

Wayback pulls from crawlers, so contents will be archived unless website takes active measures to stop them.
