The courage comes from the conviction that you are really sure that is what do you want and you don't have any regrets. Because if everything is doing properly and you have the 30 minutes range, it's over. So doing it requires a self determination that it's the decision that you want it and feel in peace with yourself to do it.

I'll put it off to the morning again...with the caveat that if the sun rises I have to live (outdoor anchor)...and suffer through another day I don't want to happen...holy shit, this has to stop but a fatal neck squeeze does not sound good, especially not when I'm tender from last time
