I have researched quite a bit about the toxicity of foxglove. From what I've read it doesn't seem to be a very effective or "easy" method.
does anyone here have any knowledge or experience with these plants?

Foxglove contains toxin that is considered a cardiac glycoside. Digoxin is another cardiac glycoside that is used as part of euthansia cocktail in some US states and is mentioned in the PPH.

The thing is it is not strong enough in the plant and you need sedatives to make a cardiac glycoside suicide go smoothly.
