i've got less than a week before I'm not able to eat anything (for obvious reasons). You guys have a niche kind of food you think is a must-try in life? I'm just trying to experience as much as i can before the time comes.

i honestly don't know what to recommend as French cuisine might be a lil too sophisticated in the sense that it's not something you simply go buy preconceived at the store.

i guess find a nice recipe you find on the internet and cook/bake it alone or with somebody.

funnily enough i just got back from a trip to Quebec, so i've been stuffed with french stuff over the last week. tried everything but escargot pretty much
