I am nervous to write this but currently feeling significantly better which never happens. Today was a good day. I never have good days...

I have a few days ago started using the Flow Neuroscience Depression headset. It has good research behind it, including with the NHS in the UK. You can find links to the research on their website.

I would say it is definitely worth trying for people with depression:

I did also start halving my dose of mirtazapine as of last night but not sure that would have impacted my mood so quickly.

You can see from how long I have been on here how shit my depression is - so this is some glimmer that it might be better that I want to share with you all.

Thanks a lot! I might try NeuroMyst soon. I have nothing to lose. Might postpone CTB!

I tried tDCS for 2 weeks with Neuromyst. Didn't have any effect. Very disappointed, went back to suicide mode.

Hi all,

Well I had one perfect week at the beginning of treatment. Then it stopped working for me.

Wow, it was the most normal, perfect week of my life.

Everything always kicks out
