Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hi all,

I have bought pure helium online and wanting to know, how do you know when is the right time? I see people setting certain dates and I just feel strange knowing when is the right time to go. I have a beautiful family I love and don't want to do this to them but In the same breath I cannot live with this pain and everyday I struggle to keep going and find motivation to keep going. Every day is hard and I just want it all to stop

id personally never set a date. it's unnecessary pressure and taints all the days that come after it with shame and imposter syndrome, should you survive or something come up. i plan to ctb after i complete a few things, and more importantly, whenever i feel like it. whenever the next big trigger happens, bc it inevitably will, and i genuinely really, really want to, then i'll do it with the resources i've already got prepared.

Hi, for me personally I do set predetermined dates. However, when the date comes, it again depends on the impulsivity. For example, if something bad happens on the day I've set, it kind of implies to me it's the right time to go. Also, I'm a big advocate for preparing in advance. If I don't feel ready when the day comes, then I look forward to the next date and again, waiting to see if I become highly impulsive that day and if something bad happens that makes me more certain that "this is it".

This question gets asked here all the time. It is a very difficult one to answer, as killing yourself is largely a mental game and each person is different. Some people set a date and hold themselves to it, while others keep supplies ready and wait for a particular mood to strike.

Some things that can make people feel more comfortable is being familiar with their method, so that when the time comes, they know exactly what to do and what will happen. Some people also make a list of arrangements and things to do before they go, such as leaving notes for people or getting a will made so that they do not have the feeling of unfinished business.

I think ultimately it comes down to the debate of your suffering versus the suffering of others. You have to get yo a point where you say "Enough. I am done." even if you know it may hurt other people.
