Finding place to hang

Hi,new here. I'm having trouble finding a strong enough object to do short drop hanging. The trees near me are scrawny with no good branches. Any one have an idea what I could hang from?

Is there a beam in a building accessible to you? Or a staircase? Perhaps the banister might work. I have not tested these ideas, so I am not sure.

Staircase railings would work well if that was an option for you. You could also maybe get something like a push up bar on a door. Or if those don't work you could do partial maybe on a place like a door knob.
