I have been chronically suicidal for the past 20 years.
I've been in regular therapy for the past 23 years.

I have a lot of people that love me, and I have children, but I don't feel any guilt for wanting to die. I just feel tired and frustrated about not having done it yet. Guns are not legal in my country so I have ctb in other ways.

Not sure why but recently it just feels like there's an oncoming storm around the corner and I won't be able to stop it (not that I would want to).

Does anyone else ever feel this way? I can sense I'm about to spiral, but I'm not scared or worried - just tired that I haven't done it yet and that I need to properly make plans.
