Despite trying my best in reaching out in various forms: peers, professionals and online etc .. I just... don't feel supported tbh

ik all these feelings and such are so heavy but omg do I just want to feel understood and heard.
I find it hard to talk to speak anyway these days so.

it wouldn't change my decision but it would really help the day to day.
