i literally think i just annoy the shit out of my therapist- i mean yk i love her bc ive known her for 4 years but i really think shes done with me- i have borderline personality disorder (and bipolar) so i feel like it kinda makes me a "difficult client" but that might just me using stigma against myself. anyways i always message her outside of our sessions always venting and shit and i keep on asking questions- which i know im not supposed to do but she keeps saying its okay.. i just feel super bad
