I have seen here some mentions to fasting prior to taking SN or N. My Question is: should I fast also before taking the Amitriptyline cocktail? And if so, for how much time before?
I don't know which will be more effective to prevent vomit, taking a lot of drugs on an empty stomach or having the stomach lined with something light (say a toast, for example).
What do you think?
