Discussion Existential uncertainty and my religion

Hello, I don't know why I'm making this post it's quite stupid to talk about honestly but why not.
Is there even a point to living like is there seriously any point. We live our whole lives in a rat chase towards better lives, which in turn means we have to suffer more to have "an easier life". Maybe one could argue that this life we live is to satisfy some god but I don't even know if I believe in that. It's a big factor into me not ctb, because I don't wanna die unsure if I'm going to hell.

Even tho I've been depressed and suicidal for as long as I can remember my existence, I'm still here. And why? I don't even know. Whatever this is just some random post feel free to ignore.

To me even that sort of isn't really that great either, and I see why you love that and I love that for you but like idk. It all feels futile the worlds going to shit.

This is one of those questions where only our own interpretation can provide a satisfactory answer.
For me personally, it doesn't have some fantastical cosmic meaning for our lives or life in general; an organism and life itself only "think" about living at any circumstances and reproducing for evolution purposes without any further logical or existencial reason for it. I don't think it would be much different with human existence.
