Hi.
Today is my first birthday after fail attemp in the midle of septembre. Hello my new life. Hello new people in my life.

Now i m recovering after attempt, that was some weeks ago. I've choosen a way wich could not make me a vegetable so my
body recovering without serious damage. But depression and stress wich a got when I tried made me "mental_vegetable". My mental health
is not bad, I just feel no any emotions, positiv or negativ. Emotional blunting is an unexpected side effect that was not obvious to me before.
Seems I've never read about that.

Feeling nothing is a common symptom of depression.

I don't know if your "Hello my new life" is sarcastic or not, but I hope that your recovery is going well. May I ask what your method was?

That's alright -- I just wanted to a little last minute research for myself, haha.

Slowly, with therapy or medication or religion or social connections, you'll be able to reintegrate into normal life, finding things that interest you again. Little by little, you can learn to live. I wish you all the best.
