• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Ok so I'm basically drunk rn.
I want to divorce from my wife but she doesn't want us to divorce. It went so far that she falsely accused me of domestic violence. She previously had threatened me to do so. I think her strategy was to send me the message that if I divorced I wouldn't see my son (2 yo) again.
I thought this was ridiculous and that the lack of evidence she had (since I never hurt her physically in any way) and the counter evidence I would bring would go in my favor. But child protection services didn't even want to look at the evidence I brought up. The only possibility, based on pure lies from my wife, were enough to make them take the decision I should only see my son 1 hour every 2 weeks.
This injustice is unbearable.
I can't take it anymore.
I'm all for feminism but this has gone too far. Her words have more value than my deep hard evidence (this is all happening in France btw).
All I want is to spend time with my son. I'm innocent.

I don't know what the laws are there or the validity of this kind of evidence, but can you get a recording of her admitting that any claims of violence would be fabrications? That seems useful; evidence that she planned in advance to lie about it seems powerful (but I'm not a legal pro).

I had such a recording but she stole the voice recorder. I went to the police straight away and they said that since we're married the voice recorder is mine but also hers so it cannot be treated as a theft. I never managed to get authorities to force her to give it back, this was 4 months ago. She won't do the mistake twice now so I'm screwed.
