if you take it now with no antiemetics, it'll just come back up. I know how you feel though about meaning nothing. try to sleep and drink some water, reassess tomorrow and if you decide to go for it go about it in a more thought out way. just a suggestion. hugs

Try to focus on something other, probably talk to someone (I'm here for you btw :) ), probably masturbate, watch a movie, go to sleep, SH (that helps me when nothing else works and I'm just about to do something stupid) ... Try to think of other things.
