Hey. So I've come up with a... Creative method to do it that involves basically standing on the edge of a bridge over troubled water (sorry) and taking some pills to pass out, therefore I won't be able to swim and no survival instincts. Does anyone have information on what common OTC pills will induce passing out? I also have trazadone but my boyfriend needs it so I would prefer not to use it unless necessary.

Any sleeping pills will knock you out. Is melatonin OTC in your country?
partial suspention would be a better bet than falling of the bridge. because as soon as you hit the water the adrenaline will kick in and it will overcome whatever drugs you take as it's a very powerfull stimulator on itself

Sorry, what's partial suspension?

it's for example when you sitting on your bed with a knot around your neck, so when you nod off it slowly cuts off blood flow to your brain.
Some people use it in sex or masturbation to increase orgasm. There are a lot off accidental deaths because of that
