drowning in sea

Since i dont have bloody boat and no one who can help my only option is swimming into the beach when the water is calm but cos the water is below 20 celcius even in summer id get hypothermia meaning i cant swim for more than 1hr to 2 hrs and i cant hold on to my kickboard cos apparently you lose dexterity after 40 mins. This will all be no issue except im worried the fkn waves however small will drift me back onto shore under 30 mins and i read drowning in temperature under 21 degrees means you can survive for over a fkn hour of drowning. Arggh any insights anyone??

what about combining a swim far off with...say strong sleeping pills
