I understand. I was a full-blown alcoholic by the age of 20 because I just couldn't cope with life without being drunk out of my skull. It gets to a point where you'll do just about anything in order to make it through the day/night.
It's such an awful feeling and I'm so sorry you're going through this.

Drinking is my form of self harm not gonna lie. Used to do worse, but I'm sick and tired of trying to hide my arms every single bloody day. These days its just bruising myself and then drinking to sleep. so sorry you're having to go through it as well..
I begun drinking after my heart break years ago and abused it for about 5 years however I only did it while working when I'm home I feel no need to drink instead I scroll endlessly.
I do drink less now and cut down on my alcohol intake and types of alcohol. The hangovers and the exhaustion for days on end simply aint worth it. I only drink a few ciders at the weekend now.
