Three weeks ago I moved from my country to Australia, it was a long plan since I have worked hard to be here, my dream is I always want to travel and live abroad, or maybe CTB somewhere far away from home. It's just a vague ideal of ending my life, I don't want to actually excute the plan but the vision is still here. Until I realized no matter where I am, everything is the same, the difference is only place and time. I'm lost and not sure being in Australia is a right thing to do or not. Is ideal suicide is a thing or am I just being depressed??

If you get suicidal due to circumstances, and your circumstances get better, it takes quite a while for the brain to adjust and get out of that "fight or flight" mode.
I think it might be that your mental health isn't quite there with you yet. Give it some time, and maybe some therapy to work on finding better coping mechanisms? Either way I hope you'll get better, good luck

You're right, it's only been merely a month, I give myself too less time to adjust... Thank you so much

I live abroad. If, by moving country, you fixed some of the reasons for being suicidal, then take some time to relax and just enjoy the experience. You may be so used to being miserable that, when your circumstances changed, your mind is still clinging to the devil it knows.

If, living abroad doesn't change any of the circumstances for your suicidality, then it would make sense why you don't feel a difference.
I moved country to be independent and pursue my dream career. Things improved quite a bit but then got miserable again. This is due to the fact that I fixed one reason for being suicidal by moving, but then I'm still left with a traumatised and unhappy brain. No matter where I go, I'll be unhappy, unless something in my brain changes.

I'd say, take your time. You did a big thing, enjoy it. Time will tell you whether it helped or not, either way, a new environment can be incredibly therapeutic and that move is a testament to your hard work. Should be celebrated.

Thank you so much for your advice, I was questioning myself why did I move here in the first place to be suffer like this, instead I should enjoy and be grateful of what I have right now, it's only a month so I can do this. Thank you again.
