So I'm not too crazy about seeing whether or not I react to meto the days leading up to taking SN, so I was thinking about only doing a 1 day regimen with meto (day of taking SN) along with a stat dose of both meto and domperidone. So to give a clearer picture, my plan is this:
8:00am : 10 mg meto
4:00pm : 10 mg meto
11:30pm : 800 mg tagamet, 1g propranolol (heard this could help offset tachycardia), 30 mg domperidone, and 20 mg meto
12:00am : 20g SN
I was thinking about maybe doing 15mg of domperidone along with 15 mg meto to get a cumulative 30 mg of anti-emetics, but not sure if I should just do a "full" stat dose of each since I'm only planning on doing a one day regimen.
