Does SN increase heart rate with tachycardia and high blood pressure?

I read different interpretations regarding the symptoms of suicide by SN. Here it seems to be the preferred one. I would like to understand exactly what the exact symptoms are. -Respiratory depression? -Slight sense of suffocation? -High blood pressure? -Tachycardia? -Rapid heartbeat? and then...?
