Does it only take 10-15 seconds to go unconscious from partial hanging ?

The videos I've seen, it seem even 20-30 seconds in, they're still conscious, grabbing at their neck and stuff

Im not sure , you are sub conscious most of the time until you lose actual conscious, i think after a minute if done right you are then accelerated to sub conscious in which you cant control yourself and the body ( arms ) all shake and scratch the rope because of survival instinct , after a few minutes you are actually unconscious
