I couldn't tell you without knowing what afterlife awaits you. I have my own ideas about what it'd be but I don't think that's helpful here. This sounds like a really big important problem to figure out though. Martins it would be something to discuss with a therapist, to really give it the discussion time it needs and just to double check the voices aren't leading you astray?

The "loop" are physics.

There is absolutely no room for a consciousness to move out, teleport, or in any way continue to exist out of a physical body.

Quick edit: I'd like to point all models of a non-physical mind have serious flaws, contradictions or redundant mechanisms (as in a physical part doing exactly the same), all processes are linkable to physical points, and even if you completely disregard any of that most philosophers of mind in academia are actually mind materialists (edit 2: at least it seems to the case in the West).

I am agnostic, therefore I don't work with certainties about life after death. The idea of a "loophole" depends on specific beliefs and, since I don't follow a defined doctrine, I don't have an answer.
