Yep. There is a abusive bully that lives in my head and attacks me relentlessly.

I've always wondered this myself. If I know the thoughts I am having are abnormal, and since my brain is making these thoughts it knows they're abnormal, so why does it keep creating them? Does my own brain hate me? Is Will Smith a prick? Yes, yes he certainly is.
