When people on social media or elsewhere say that those with depression or suicidal thoughts need "hit" or make some stupid comment that minimizes, belittles, and diminishes the importance of what many of us feel that makes us want to die, doesn't it make you want to kill those people or make them suffer physically?
I know it sounds like something a psychopath would say, but I truly hate that people belittle not only my desire to die or commit suicide peacefully, without pain, but also the fact that existence itself is painful for me, and it's not a game. It's not like I want money or women by my side; it's not that I'm lacking something (maybe peace), but it's too hard for people to dismiss, especially knowing that in the end we might have to die in horrible ways if we decide to "catch the bus."
