1. I have a friend who is alcohol-dependent. If he tried to ctb using N would this lessen or increase his chance of success - or maybe no difference?

2. Does use of benzos make you too chilled to go through with it? Or do they help with existential angst?

3. Anyone know if Prochlor is an effective alternative to Meta for use ahead of N

4.

1. Yes. Alcohol works via GABA. The brain builds up a tolerance against any type of GABA agonist (PAMs included), including alcohol and benzodiazepines. This shouldn't have a major effect on the lethality of pentobarbital, but it's still something to keep in mind.

2. They help both physically and mentally.

3. Prochlorperazine will work fine if you tune the dose correctly.

4. That's about it.

Thanks for your time and help.
Just a couple of clarifications.

In Q1 you said "yes". Does that mean it does or does not help or hinder the lethality? Should one abstain from alcohol before N or carry on as "normal"?
In Q3 my 3mg pills of prochlorperazine maleate are said to be equivalent to 1.85mg prochloperazine. When 12mg prochlorperazine is suggested does this mean the pure base or the salt?

Many thanks again
