Stress makes you have acne, but it's stressful to avoid stress, so you end up stressed out anyway, so in the end there's nothing you can do.

Absolutely. That is a dreadful cycle. More acne = more stress which in turn worsens it. Worst part for me is permanent scars.

Tried accutane for 2 months. The side effects for me were bad and anyways I'm planning to go soon so it shouldn't matter now.

Btw did u try any medicine?

No, they don't work for me. I get acne from a huge milk consumption in combination with chain-smoking and not changing pillowcases.
