2. I never understood why people film themselves during the act
3. The family coming to the rescue is such a sad scene and makes me feel (rightfully?) guilty as fuck

I'm shocked they allowed this on YouTube. It's really hard to tell if it was a set up or not. When I saw the video on the YNC I thought it was real.

Might have been a genuine attempt but then once she suffocated, she backed out.
It's not a very good attempt(She didn't even tie a noose.)

She seemed to be struggling and was definetly hanging.
Yeah, but there was no noose/slipknot. Not even sure how it didn't just slip off.

It was still a knot. She might not have known much about hanging.She looks like a twig. If she was heavier, she'd probably have suffocated. She's lucky she had family to rescue her since she wasn't committed to CTB. I don't have anyone to look out for me.
if you want to die, you want to die..method doesn't matterI would prefer jumping x1000 over hanging. This isn't fake unless it's the future of fake news: video manipulation.

By watching this, if she was actually trying to ctb, you could see she was scared from the get-go.
She lifted one leg, then the other, and had her fingers between her neck and the rope. Then, she slowly pushed the stool away, and after that, reality sunk in when she couldn't breathe and she started to panic.My uncle committed suicide by hanging on impulse as well. He had a long history of suffering from his dad who was a major in the army and expected a lot from him which he failed to live up to. My uncle was an exceptional beauty, both internal and external. My parents so loved him that they could never get used to the new man in my aunt's life a decade later. He was 21 years old at the time and living together with my aunt. He drank a lot and they would fight about it. One night he came home and was drunk. They fought and she said "I'm leaving you!". He said: "No, *I* am leaving!" He ran upstairs and she heard the sounds of him rummaging around up there, under the impression he was packing his stuff. But he didn't. He hung himself in the toilet. She only knew when she found him there dead.

I agree.... A quiet unnoticed exit is more respectable but they may have alot of anger..... And hey.... Who are we to judge..... We all got our pain and issuesSimilar threads
