I don't remember having to verify my PayPal account it's only once you've used it to spend something like £1000

Depending on the region you live, there are different ways of ordering sn. In my country you can access it easily in some specific stores

I have no idea if they require that, but verifying a paypal account should take a couple of days.

no they accept debit/credit cards but you need to send in photo id , you supposed to be over 21
