I am probably not the right person to talk to. I'd probably be always trying to get to the source, and root it out, not medicate you. When I was young, I could I guess alleviate anxiety symptoms by exercising 3 hours a day, but sadly I cannot do that now. (I just drink like a fish.) But even my approach wasn't right. I had life problems I couldn't solve, and I actually think it was a 'natural' response to feel anxiety in my situation. However... I feel that in your state of distress, you deserve comfort and understanding, and I wish I knew how to offer what was needed.
