you ever wake up look at the window and already know something is off like it's too bright or too dark outside? yeah, i woke up and i already knew it was too late. hyped myself up last night about how good things were going just to not have my fucking alarm on bro. rookie ass mistake. my brother even does the same thing and i get on him for it and now it's like dude i just feel stupid. i heard somewhere that you shouldn't talk about your success before it happens. or something like that. hopefully things keep going good

There is a seasonal puzzle each year in the UK. You might apply overthinking to code breaking.

We all have wasted days and missed opportunities. Don't be too hard on yourself. Looking forward to opportunities, bright days, etc. are things we usually didn't do while obsessing over suicidal ideation. In recovery we are more open to opportunities to better our situations and enjoy life, but it isn't always a direct path towards satisfaction: there are hiccups and bad days along the way just like there always were, but soon the bad days aren't as bad and the good days are even better.
