If you took drugs, even common ones like weed and alcohol, do you think they may have something to do with you current mental state? I'd like to hear your stories and experiences. Do you regret taking any drugs?

I reckon your depression could be the cause, or perhaps you thought the drugs were helping. In my whole life I did weed, alcohol, MDMA, ketamine and a few psychodelics.
I actually don't know whether my depression is caused by them or it's just a coinidence, but I don't regret it. I enjoy psychodelics, they're my favourite, I plan to use them in the future.
I believe that psychedelics can help with certain mental health problems and so but a lot more medical studies would be necessary. Whether stuff from the black market is really useful or the risks are too high is sth that everyone has to evaluate for themselves.I've always wanted to try psychedelics. I think I heard someone say 'micro-dosing' can help with depression.
Yeah there's always the issue that stuff on the black market isn't necessarily the real thing, which is kinda sad.I believe that psychedelics can help with certain mental health problems and so but a lot more medical studies would be necessary. I feel like it's more complicated than that. For example, alcohol, when taken in high doses, can actually lead to increases in aggressive behaviours and behavioural disinhibition. Thus, instead of calming you, it can do the opposite. Hence why you have so many cases of drunk people getting into fights, crying, yelling, and so on. This isn't to say that alcohol isn't a depressant, because it is, but that its effects are more complex than what you have describe. Also, weed can be a stimulant. It depends on the strain (sativa vs indica).Great question.
Drugs can fall into two categories.
There are stimulants like speed and ecstacy etc.
And there are depressants, weed, alcohol, pain meds.
One stimulates your system while the other depresses your system. With regards to alcohol and weed, you may feel mellow or just chill but that's the effect due to the alcohol or weed depressing your system, i.e calming you.
That's coincidence. I was lurking on SaSu for a month now, but I wanted to ask some questions on the forum and also wanted to use the "search" function so I made an account. I'm asking truly out of curiosity and I'm not a journalistJoined today. Asking questions about us.... Mmmm i smell a journalist. But before yall wanna debate. You answer idc.You don't need my approval but here you have it.
I know it's more complex than what I described but I don't have time to go into such detail. Thankyou for providing more information brotherI feel like it's more complicated than that.
